The settings file (inc/settings.php) is not writable. Please adjust the chmod permissions to allow it to be written to.
Dit zegt hij als error bij install iemand een idee hoe ik dit fix?

Je moet inc/settings.php schrijfbaar maken. Dus een chmod van bv. 777 geven.

Je moet net zoals bij de mappen cache & upload, schrijfrechten geven aan dat bestand.

Welk controle paneel gebruik je of hoe heb je je bestanden op je server gekregen? Daarmee moet je dat normaal kunnen instellen.

Probeer eens rechts te klikken op het bestand, eigenschappen > beveiliging en daar alles toestaan.

Ow sorry ik had dat gedaan met een bepaald user van IIS maar het moet ook met System
